Overview
DMC was engaged to complete the earthworks for a residential subdivision, including topsoil and unsuitable material removal, importation of over 1,500m³ of engineered fill, and raising the existing ground level by up to 4 metres — all delivered to a Level 1 specification.
Scope of work
The construction phase included
- Completion of the final civil design.
- preparing the site to receive fill
- Site investigations for contamination.
- Importing 1500m3+
- Level 1 geotechnical supervision
